While living in Barcelona, I tried Açai Bowl at Flax & Kale for the first time and loved it. Now back in Vienna, I decided to try making Açai Bowl on my own. So I bought Açai powder and experimented a bit until I got the perfect result.
And that’s what you need:
- one frozen banana
- frozen berries
- 150 ml (almond) milk
- two tablespoons Açai powder
- topping
Preparing an Acai Bowl is super easy. Put all ingredients listed below in a blender and mix until you have a creamy texture. Then put it in a bowl and top it, for example, with coconut chips, chia seeds, or fresh berries.
